Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we accept and ship worldwide orders.

Free Standard Shipping (7-15 days after shipment)

Order delivered by post
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on most of our products and all shipments within the United States. Products eligible for free standard shipping are ball pits and pit balls and we will calculate free shipping at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.

In general, for most items, we are unable to ship to a PO Box due to the size of the package. Please provide an alternate shipping address during checkout.

Standard Delivery Time Frame

Once your order ships, our free standard shipping time is 7-15 days, and we typically process and ship your order within 1-3 hours of receiving your order.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to you via the email used to check out your order, including your tracking number.
Many of our items will be shipped separately from different suppliers, so if you order multiple items, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
Customers outside the US: There may be delays in customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time (which is out of our control).

We work very hard to ensure your order arrives on time, however courier and postal services may experience delays which are beyond our control. If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend that you order early.

We do not offer order cancellations or refunds for products that are in transit because it is already on its way to you.

As soon as your purchase ships, we’ll email you a Shipping Confirmation so you can track the status of your shipment. Most packages can be tracked by UPS. Please check your order tracking for more delivery time information. If the problem persists, please email us: support@audmars.com.

order delivery delay

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update shipping information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order.

Your order may be delivered to you via your local post office or local courier. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so packages will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to pick it up.

If the package is returned to the sender due to wrong address, incomplete address, or because the package cannot be received, no reshipment will be arranged. Any refunds processed due to delivery issues may be subject to a $19.99 shipping and restocking fee.

Bounced/Unclaimed Mail

We will not issue refunds if the package is unclaimed or rejected by the recipient. Once the package is returned to babymontes we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling before we resend the package.

 

CUSTOMS

babymontes is not responsible for any customs fees (if applicable) after the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to ship one or more packages that may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country.

Lost/damaged by UPS/mail carrier service

babymontes is not responsible for any errors caused by the postal service. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if the package has been confirmed delivered.
